Spin Flash Dryer for Calcium Chloride (CaClâ‚‚)
Project Overview
We successfully engineered, supplied, and commissioned a Spin Flash Dryer system for the efficient drying of Calcium Chloride (CaClâ‚‚) slurry into free-flowing powder. The system was designed to handle hygroscopic material while ensuring consistent product quality, energy efficiency, and operational reliability.

Scope of Supply

Process Description
The CaClâ‚‚ slurry is fed into the Spin Flash Dryer, where it comes into direct contact with high-velocity hot air. A specially designed disintegrator breaks agglomerates instantly, enabling rapid moisture evaporation. Fine, dry particles are conveyed with the air stream, while heavier particles are retained for further drying, ensuring uniform residence time and moisture control.
