This system was engineered with high-temperature resistance, precision control, and full automation, ensuring compliance with strict industry standards.

Process Overview:

The Direct Fired Hot Air Generator was specifically designed to provide precisely controlled high-temperature air for a surgical equipment manufacturing process. The SS310 shell in the flame contact zone ensures high-temperature durability, while the SS304 air handling components maintain hygienic and corrosion-resistant performance.

The 4-strap FD blower, along with a gas train system, optimizes fuel efficiency and air distribution. The entire unit was rigorously tested before dispatch, ensuring it met all client specifications and operational safety standards.
