Ltd. successfully designed, manufactured, and commissioned a De-Dusting System for a Lignin Powder Plant, solving a critical issue related to airborne dust pollution. The client had recently imported a lignin processing plant from China but faced severe dust dispersion due to the product’s low particle size and bulk density. This created an unhealthy work environment, affecting labor efficiency and plant operations.

Project Challenges:

After a detailed site study, we engineered and installed a custom de-dusting system at critical locations:

  3. Dryer Outlet Section

  4. Silo to One-Ton Bag Transfer Section
